Our classic sourdough is made with only three ingredients: organic unbleached bread flour, distilled water, and real salt. We utilize an artisan baking technique and extended fermentation process to create loaves with a classic sourdough tang & crispy exterior. Preservative free and baked fresh daily! Loaves are available whole or pre-sliced.
Classic Sourdough Loaf made the classic way for a crispy crust and perfectly balanced fluffy interior.
Italian Herb Sourdough Loaf made with rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley, and thyme.
Everything Sourdough Loaf made with poppy seeds, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, garlic, & onion.
Making sourdough bread is a labor of love and patience. From start to finish, each loaf takes approximately 48 hours to make. Therefore, loaf orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Orders placed after this timeframe will not be guaranteed. We have a limited quantity of loaves available in the shop during regular business hours outside of preorders.
